Invisalign® Cosmetic Orthodontics

Invisalign® is the best way to straighten you teeth without having to live with the "metal mouth" look of traditional braces. That's because Invisalign® is a series of clear, removable, plastic aligners that are custom-made for your teeth.  You wear each pair of aligners for a two-week period, allowing your teeth to gradually evolve into a smile that shows off the real you. Treatment length varies, depending on your dental condition and the severity of your case. But often, a full program of treatment takes less than one year.

Invisalign® is also much more convenient than traditional braces. The aligners are easily removable, so you choose when you wear them. You're free to take them out as needed. Eating, drinking... you name it. Even if you just need a break from wearing your aligners during a high school reunion or special work event, that's OK. Porcelain Veneers & Bonding

Often times we see patients who have one or several teeth missing and neighboring teeth may be undamaged and it is not advisable to involve those teeth as bridge retainers in order to replace the teeth that are missing.  Implants are an esthetic high tech way of replacing natural teeth that were lost to trauma, decay or are congenitally missing. Implant supported crowns provide a beautiful esthetic replacement for the missing teeth without involving undamaged natural teeth.

Old silver amalgam and plastic fillings breakdown over a period of time and become unserviceable, uncomfortable and unattractive. There is a great deal of controversy about silver fillings that contain mercury. Some dentists and patients prefer not to use this type of filling material and they may choose to replace existing mercury fillings with white composite fillings.
Porcelain inlays and onlays can be used to replace the deteriorating silver fillings. They are fabricated to replace the natural contours and anatomy of the tooth. The color of the porcelain restoration can be made to match the natural tooth color and can be bonded seamlessly to the tooth. The result is a beautiful natural looking restoration.

When teeth have large fillings within them (often more than 50% of the tooth) they commonly fracture or occasionally teeth fracture due to trauma or excessive biting force.  An esthetic artificial crown can be placed on these teeth in order to protect or reinforce the remaining tooth structure and restore its original beauty and natural appearance and function.
